In April 2023, ASAHI METALFINE was established as a manufacturing and sales company in the precious metals business segment of the ARE Holdings Group.
Under our group purpose “Totally Committed to Protecting the Natural Environment and Preserving Resources”, we provide high quality precious metal products and related services through collecting/refining business, product manufacturing business, and trading business, pursuing the possibility of recycled-metal to enrich society and people.

ASAHI METALFINE was established as an integrated manufacturing and sales company, which mainly consists of the production division responsible for all from refining raw materials to manufacturing final precious metal products and the trading division responsible for sales and marketing strategy.
Our Bando plant has the most cutting-edge technologies in the world and produces more than 24 tons of gold per year through recycling. This is about 2% of the world's total recycled volume and about 0.6% of the world's mining production, and if we were to compare this to a gold mine, it would be in the top 20 in the world. In terms of quality, we use our unique traceability system to certify that our gold products are made from recycled raw materials that have not been complicit in environmental pollution, regional conflicts, or human rights issues. Major jewelry brands and manufacturers give high marks to these products called “Green Gold”.

The trading division sells these high-value-added products globally and develops flexible trading operations, while appropriately hedging price fluctuations of precious metals.
Using these businesses as a platform, we will expand into new business areas, such as B2C business, Mint products (e.g. small bars and coins) business, and oversea business through collaboration with group companies and external partner companies. We are developing our business in various fields and pursue further possibilities of recycling. We will make further efforts to enrich people and society with our recycled metals, to pass on the limited resources for the future.
