Manufacturing
ASAHI METALFINE manufactures high-quality and high-value-added precious metal products (gold, silver, platinum, and palladium) at Bando Site, one of the largest state-of-the-art precious metal recycling plants in Asia. We provide products in a variety of shapes and sizes to meet a wide range of customer needs. Our precious metal products made of recycled materials are referred as “Green Gold”, and the attention to these items from large jewelry companies which are environmentally friendly is getting stronger.
We have passed the strict standard of the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) and the London Platinum and Palladium Market (LPPM) such as product quality, assaying capability and responsible sourcing, and our precious metal products are accredited as Good Delivery Bar by the LBMA for gold/silver and the LPPM for platinum/palladium.
In addition, we obtained the Code of Practices (COP) certification and the Chain of Custody (COC) certification from the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), and we supply precious metal products that are friendly to people, society, and the environment.
We are a full member of the Japan Gold Metal Association, and our precious metal products are also accredited as a deliverable brand for domestic and overseas commodity exchanges such as the Osaka Exchange (OSE) in Japan and futures exchanges in New York (COMEX/NYMEX). Our reliable quality receives high accolades in the world market.

Collecting and Refining
Our group company, Asahi Pretec collects materials containing precious metals, and we perform inspection, pre-treatment and refining in the specific process. After the purity of precious metals (gold, silver, platinum, and palladium) is increased through these processes, we supply them to final product manufacturing process.

CollectingIn Japan and the Asian region, materials containing precious metals are collected from various business fields such as jewelry, electronic components, automobiles, and dentistry, and we start precious metals recycling with inspection and pre-treatment processes specialized for each material. -
RefiningNOX gas generated in the pre-treatment and refining processes is forcibly dissolved in water. The solution is being used as the recycled nitric acid chemical in the same process, realizing environmentally friendly precious metal refining. -
Product manufacturing
/TradingIn order to reflect market demand in a timely manner, the product manufacturing department of the Bando Site and the trading department of the Tokyo Headquarters work together to carry out integrated production and sales.
Trading and Sales
Our trading business is centered on a trading desk function capable of responding to global markets. In addition to the buying, selling, and delivery of precious metals, we support our customers' business activities over the medium to long term by ensuring stable supply and mitigating price fluctuation risks.
We work closely with our manufacturing divisions as well as ARE Holdings Group companies to develop procurement and sales schemes based on domestic and international market trends, supply and demand conditions, and price formation factors.
Furthermore, through handling primarily recycled precious metals, we also address the growing demand for sustainable sourcing and use, supporting a wide range of industries globally—from manufacturing and jewelry to investment-related applications.
Retail Business
